Payments come once a month to your Paypal account, and there is no minimum threshold for payment.

First, open an account at e-junkie, if you haven’t already. It’s free for affiliates. (Note: I’m an affiliate for e-junkie itself and will earn a commission if you sign up through this link and then eventually start selling your own products.)

1. Join the IPFW affiliate program by clicking this link.

2. Then go to the “affiliate admin” section at e-junkie and click the “Get Affiliate Code” link.

3. Then select the “John Soares” option.

4. Then select the affiliate code for 1) the e-book only, and/or 2) the e-book/audio book option.

You don’t need to get the audiobook unless you want to; it contains essentially the same information as the e-book, but does, of course, appeal to people who prefer to learn through listening.
